Security Architect

Overview

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals, and transition cloud security controls to security-managed operations.

What you'll do

• Design and establish a comprehensive cloud security framework aligned with organizational objectives and operational standards.
• Create detailed security architectural plans.
• Oversee the implementation of cloud security controls and document the implementation.
• Lead the transition to cloud security-managed services.
• Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security architecture aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards relevant to cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
