Security Architect

Overview

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals, and transition security operations to cloud-managed operations.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and standards to safeguard organizational assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and mitigate security risks within cloud environments.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Design and document the implementation of cloud security controls.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security architectures and frameworks.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security controls and governance.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills to document and present security architectures effectively.
