Security Architect

Overview

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals, and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and to business area problems.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and design mitigation plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in cloud security architecture.
• Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to the security framework.
• Document the implementation of cloud security controls.

What you'll need

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Security Threat Hunting.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Security Threat Hunting (must have).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management in cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential threats.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate security concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
