Security Engineer - Identity and Access

Overview

Design and operate identity and access security solutions across IAM, identity governance, privileged access, and non-human identity domains. Partner with security, IT, engineering, and application teams to automate identity controls and support technical governance.

What you'll do

• Design and build IAM configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Lead application onboarding across cloud, SaaS, and in-house systems.
• Build policy-as-code, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Develop provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement, and access certification workflows.
• Design privileged access models with session management and just-in-time elevation.
• Build governance and remediation tooling for service accounts, API keys, workloads, and AI agents.
• Support audits, incident investigations, on-call rotations, and complex design escalations.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on IAM implementation in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, IGA, PAM, and access certification.
• Programming experience in Python or Go.
• Experience designing least-privilege, RBAC, or ABAC models at scale.
• Experience in regulated environments and technical leadership across teams.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience with tools such as Terraform or GitHub Actions.
