Overview

Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) responsible for keeping client security infrastructures and systems operational.

What you'll do

• Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents and problems.
• Handle client requests/tickets and resolve them within agreed SLA.
• Manage work queues, perform operational tasks, and update tickets with resolution actions.
• Log incidents promptly, provide second-level support, and escalate when needed.
• Execute changes responsibly, flag risks, and ensure required approvals.
• Coordinate with automation teams and support shift handovers.

What you'll need

• Experience in managed services for security infrastructure and knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow).
• Proficiency in active listening (paraphrasing and probing for more information).
• Strong planning skills to anticipate and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Ability to communicate across different cultures and social groups.
• Client-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/Computing qualification, or relevant work experience.
