Job description
Overview
Senior Consultant for Veeva Safety Managed Services, supporting biopharmaceutical customers after Veeva application go-live.
What you'll do
- Understand assigned customers’ business processes.
- Provide guidance on Vault Safety/Safety solutions post-implementation.
- Discuss Vault changes with customers and internal teams.
- Apply required configurations for customer needs.
- Collaborate with other Veeva teams and support delivery model improvements.
- Work with product management to communicate customer requirements.
What you'll need
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology.
- Enjoy working with customers.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and being a team player.
Details
- Role is remote and full-time.
- Occasional travel to the Veeva Hyderabad site.
