Security Manager

Overview

As a Security Manager, you will oversee safety and security for a designated property site, prevent security lapses, and respond to emergency and non-emergency situations.

What you'll do

• Prevent security lapses and act as the first responder for emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Perform security planning, risk assessment, and formulate guarding strategies.
• Supervise security staff, assign/monitor work, and provide daily security procedure training.
• Maintain security policies, checklists, and a security procedure manual.
• Conduct patrols using surveillance equipment, access control points, and alarms.
• Lead investigations, prepare incident reports, and manage fire drills weekly.
• Coordinate during emergencies for quick movement/transfer of injured persons.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of security experience.
• A degree holder qualification.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
• Analytical and meticulous approach to build and validate subordinate security staff performance.

• Reporting: Accountable directly to the Property Manager.
