Senior Accountant

Overview

Senior Accountant role within the Finance function at Freudenberg, responsible for finance operations, month-end close, treasury activities and tax collaboration.

What you'll do

• Run the Finance backbone and operations
• Drive standardization
• Increase customer service
• Drive change
• Contribute to a strong CoS team
• Prepare month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Oversee and perform various treasury functions, including bank reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, including annual audit
• Perform critical analysis of financial data
• Handle cash disbursements
• Ensure any capitalized asset has been approved and is accompanied by all required documentation
• Conduct tax activities in collaboration with tax experts

What you'll need

• Commerce graduate or Post graduate

Nice to have

• MBA (optional)
