Senior Accountant, Fund Accounting

Overview

Senior Accountant, Fund Accounting to oversee private equity and corporate fund accounting deliverables, including NAV and investor reporting.

What you'll do

• Review and oversee NAV reporting, financial statements, and investor reporting deliverables.
• Manage client deadlines and ensure timely delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
• Review deliverables prepared by Accountants and Junior Accountants for quality and timeliness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned clients and resolve complex accounting matters.
• Liaise with auditors and stakeholders and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Support fund onboarding, accounting platform migrations, and regulatory compliance activities.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and multiple GAAP frameworks including US GAAP and UK GAAP.
• Hands-on experience in private equity fund accounting, NAV reporting, investor reporting, and working paper reviews.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting platforms such as Investran or similar systems.
