Overview

Senior Manager for Managed Services – Fund Accounting, leading delivery of outsourced fund accounting solutions and ensuring quality control, reporting accuracy, and SLA/regulatory adherence.

What you'll do

• Lead execution of outsourced processes, including client interaction and data management.
• Implement and monitor quality controls to enhance service delivery.
• Manage escalations and resolve queries to maintain client satisfaction.
• Oversee compliance auditing and quality assurance investigations.
• Review and verify financial documents to support accurate reporting.
• Deliver NAV and financial reporting across assigned funds with required timelines, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 10-15 years of experience in financial services.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fund accounting or fund financial reporting oversight in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
• Relevant investment management qualifications/certifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) would be desirable.
