Manager, Fund Accounting

Overview

Manager, Fund Accounting oversees private equity fund operations, client delivery activities, and team performance, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage private equity fund operations, including NAV, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Lead, develop, and monitor team performance through coaching, feedback, training, and workload allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, SSAE, and internal policies; manage risk and act as primary escalation point for operational/client issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client service and ensure adherence to SLAs and client requirements.
• Review fund accounting processes and deliverables, optimising workflows and supporting system transitions (Investran/Paxus).

What you'll need

• 8+ years of accounting experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, and US/UK/Lux GAAP.
• Experience in fund accounting, preferably private equity.
• Proficiency in Investran/Paxus and advanced Excel/Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills and an additional language.
• Degree in Accounting or a related business discipline.
