Senior AI Engineer

Overview

Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing and delivering secure, production-ready generative AI and agentic AI solutions using AWS and Snowflake.

What you'll do

• Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions on AWS and Snowflake.
• Build secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions with hybrid search, embeddings, reranking, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop intelligent agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Create APIs and containerized backend services for models, agents, tools, and conversational experiences.
• Build document-ingestion pipelines for enterprise content.
• Implement multi-agent workflows, human review, memory management, and approval controls.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture, design reviews, mentoring, deployment, and operational handover.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI, machine learning, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience delivering production-grade generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions on AWS.
• Strong Python, API development, secure software engineering, testing, debugging, and containerized-services skills.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, agent orchestration, document processing, retrieval, grounding, and evaluation frameworks.
• Expertise in enterprise security, responsible AI, observability, reliability, compliance, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI solutions in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Advanced expertise with Snowflake Cortex AI, Model Context Protocol frameworks, enterprise agent platforms, or large language model operations.
