Senior AI/ML Ops Engineer I(Hybrid Bangalore India)

Overview

Senior AI/ML Ops Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing reliable AI/ML platforms and production pipelines.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain stable AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines.
• Package and deploy reproducible AI/ML services to production.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Provision and optimize training and serving infrastructure.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and latency after deployment.
• Automate retraining and data pipeline workflows.
• Manage foundation models, fine-tuning workflows, and RAG stacks.

What you'll need

• 7–12 years of experience in AI/ML Ops platform and pipeline development.
• Experience with scalable enterprise SaaS solutions and large structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse, MLflow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Knowledge Graph.
• Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for AI/ML Ops integration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, monitoring, and alerting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monte Carlo.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with AWS-hosted data platforms.
