Senior Analyst - Abstractions

Overview

Senior Lease Analyst - Abstractions in Lease Administration (Gurugram), reporting to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager. The role focuses on independent, accurate lease administration abstraction and verification for JLL clients.

What you'll do

• Obtain appropriate lease documentation via liaison with internal parties.
• Abstract critical and key information from leases and contract documentation.
• Record lease document information into a Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers.
• Cross-check and verify abstracts and system data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform lease document matching and review for completeness to be able to abstract.
• Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirements.
• Prepare area/cost-schedule/events variance reports for validation projects.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of lease abstraction experience.
• Lease Abstraction expertise as a key requirement.
• Experience working on commercial real estate lease abstractions.
• Experience using a property management/lease administration system.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational/interpersonal skills and ability to manage accurate data under tight deadlines.
