Senior Analyst, EMEA Medtech / Healthcare Services (Private Markets)

Overview

Senior Analyst for Guidepoint’s Insights offering, supporting EMEA Medtech and Healthcare Services coverage for institutional/client research workflows. The role is India-based and coordinates with the Global Healthcare Insights team.

What you'll do

• Monitor a coverage universe of public and private companies in Medtech, Life Sciences Tools, and Healthcare Services.
• Track industry trends and material news across key coverage markets.
• Develop a pipeline of company and industry topics and propose discussion ideas.
• Create and moderate teleconferences featuring experts from Guidepoint’s network.
• Review teleconference transcripts to maintain content quality.
• Ensure compliance with Guidepoint policies and protocols for Insights teleconferences.

What you'll need

• PhD or Master’s in STEM or Life Sciences (advanced degrees preferred or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of preferred work experience in a financial services or research firm focused on EMEA Medtech, Life Sciences Tools, and Healthcare Services.
• Understanding of institutional buy-side and sell-side research and investing workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong time management.
• Ability to communicate with people across professional levels; English required in writing and speech.
• Experience working individually and in a team, including training and mentoring junior professionals.
