Senior Associate Automation Engineer

Overview

Senior Associate Automation Engineer responsible for researching, developing, designing, and building automated systems and/or applications to reduce human intervention.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify automation opportunities.
• Build custom automation solutions to support business teams.
• Implement automation improvements with measurable results for revenue and/or quality.
• Program, configure, and integrate new technology into existing systems/applications.
• Provide technical direction, support, and training to junior engineers.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee phases of test automation and prepare automation reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a similar field.
• Developing proficiency in maintaining automation systems and/or applications.
• Developing understanding of computer programming and software development.
• Troubleshooting ability for technology and complex system tests.
• Experience with robotics, AI, and machine learning (moderate level).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or C# (Python/Java/C# preferred).
