Sr Analyst I Software Engineering

Overview

Sr Analyst I Software Engineering will lead QA/testing efforts for complex software systems, driving automation, end-to-end testing, and continuous quality improvements.

What you'll do

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers with guidance on best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Perform end-to-end testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to support high-quality releases.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation and test leadership.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium (Java) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines.
