Senior Associate -Enterprise & Functional Strategy

Overview

Support finance consulting engagements focused on finance function strategy, operating model design, and organizational design, helping clients assess finance structures and develop practical transformation recommendations.

What you'll do

• Analyze finance function operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Design target operating models, roles, and service delivery structures that align with client finance strategy
• Support finance transformation workstreams across day-one readiness, separation, integration, and post-deal planning
• Develop executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, and business cases for senior client stakeholders
• Interpret financial, operational, and organizational data to inform recommendations and scenario analysis
• Apply financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization skills to shape strategic decisions
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums to gather input, align priorities, and advance implementation plans
• Review deliverables from junior team members and provide coaching on problem solving and methodology
• Contribute to digital finance initiatives, including automation opportunities and AI-enabled use cases
• Build client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and adapting to shifting business conditions

What you'll need

• At least a Master of Business Administration/CA's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Leading finance transformation engagements across capital markets and deals
• Shaping CFO agendas through operating model and performance improvement
• Driving digital finance initiatives, including AI use case prioritization
• Analyzing complex finance issues into clear, client-ready recommendations
• Mentoring Associates and Senior Associates through workstream delivery
• Developing client relationships through senior stakeholder workshops and forums
• Utilizing financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization skills
