Senior Associate – GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on building GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents and RAG systems, for client advisory work in data and analytics engineering.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 2 to 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API development.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
• Proficiency implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices, including resolving hallucinations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, and testing.
