Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Accounting (Mumbai/ Pune)

Overview

Senior Associate in Private Equity Fund Accounting at SS&C GlobeOp Financial Services, working the afternoon shift from Mumbai (Airoli & Goregaon) or Pune.

What you'll do

• Assist in resolving breaks and in preparing cash projections or wires.
• Assist in setting up the Fund and its investments, AIVs and partners in the system.
• Calculate fees and prepare the NAV pack.
• Process capital calls and distributions; prepare the waterfall file.
• Prepare and issue Partners' capital statements (PCAP).
• Prepare financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS.
• Handle audit and investor queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare ad hoc or customized reports for the fund or investors.
• Monitor follow-up with internal teams, clients or third parties for unresolved breaks.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant.
