Senior Associate - Process Intelligence

Overview

Senior Associate - Process Intelligence leads an AI-focused process engineering and workflow transformation agenda, including automation services, workflow tooling, and micro-portals.

What you'll do

• Design and build automation and AI-enabled services/agents using Claude, Copilot, or other AI coding assistants.
• Champion spec-driven development by writing functional and non-functional requirements with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Establish and operate a governed SDLC for automation and AI solutions with version control, code reviews, test evidence, change control, and release discipline.
• Define and socialize AI engineering guardrails, including human-in-the-loop requirements and mitigation strategies for hallucination and model risk.
• Collaborate with CoreOps and business leaders to prioritize use cases and convert problems into actionable technical specs.
• Mentor a team of process intelligence engineers and lead deep code reviews.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in process re-engineering, operations transformation, workflow automation, or technology-enabled change.
• Experience with AI-assisted automation/agents.
• Strong understanding of engineering and AI guardrails.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across functions.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
