Sr Associate – GCC Consultant, Advisory

Overview

Sr Associate – GCC Consultant, Advisory role supporting financial services Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with strategy, operating model design, benchmarking, cost and process optimization, and AI-enabled transformation.

What you'll do

• Support GCC strategy formulation for banking/financial services clients, including scope definition, maturity assessment, and phased growth roadmaps.
• Design target operating models (TOMs) for financial services GCCs across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions.
• Drive financial services benchmarking across cost, productivity, pyramid, span of control, and service mix.
• Lead process standardization and re-engineering for banking operations and technology-enabled processes using Lean/Six Sigma/consulting frameworks.
• Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and digital opportunities within GCC processes and support AI-enabled operating models and automation roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology leadership.

What you'll need

• 6–7 years of experience.
• Experience in Financial Services GCC / GIC / Shared Services.
• Exposure to strategy, benchmarking, cost optimization, org design, and technology-led process transformation.
• Technology orientation, including exposure to banking platforms (core banking, payments, lending, risk systems).
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling and Excel-based analytical skills.
• Mandatory skill set: GCC Consultant.
