Sr Associate – Business Analyst- Techno Functional, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate – Business Analyst (Techno Functional, Advisory) focusing on banking and financial services GCC strategy, operating model design, benchmarking, cost/process optimization, and AI-enabled transformation.

What you'll do

• Support financial services GCC strategy formulation, including scope definition, maturity assessment, and phased growth roadmaps.
• Design target operating models (TOMs) across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions.
• Lead financial services benchmarking for cost, productivity, pyramid, span of control, and service mix.
• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives using automation and technology leverage.
• Standardize and re-engineer banking operations and technology-enabled processes.
• Identify and prioritize AI/automation/digital solutions and support AI-enabled operating models and automation roadmaps.
• Create executive-ready presentations and engage stakeholders across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology.

What you'll need

• 6–7 years of experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCCs), GICs, or Shared Services.
• Exposure to strategy, benchmarking, cost optimization, org design, and technology-led process transformation.
• Strong technology orientation with exposure to core banking, payments, lending, risk systems, and/or data platforms.
• PowerPoint storytelling and Excel-based analytical skills.
• Education: Postgraduate (MBA – Strategy / Operations / Finance / Technology Management preferred).

• Travel: willing to travel to client locations within and out of Bangalore on a project basis.
