Senior Associate, Product Support

Overview

Senior Associate, Product Support for the iLEVEL platform support team (Private Markets).

What you'll do

• Develop expertise in the supported financial products iLEVEL and Investor Portal.
• Provide timely, positive client resolutions across application support issues.
• Troubleshoot client problems to resolution, escalating and coordinating with internal groups as needed.
• Monitor incoming support channels and manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Maintain client question/issue records and document communications in an internal CRM.
• Work regularly with senior managers and collaborate across business lines and regions.
• Direct clients to account managers or training resources for optimal product use.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and financial products.
• Detail-oriented approach with skill in providing step-by-step solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid foundation of Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial markets and securities.
• Comfort handling challenging concepts and complex issues.
• Flexibility with rotational shift timings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of REST APIs can be a plus.
