IT Support Analyst

Overview

Experienced Baan ERP Admin Support Consultant to manage and support Baan IV and ERP LN FP3/LN 10.4 instances, ensuring stability, performance, and security.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain Baan IV and ERP LN FP3/LN 10.4 applications.
• Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization.
• Handle patching, upgrades, and cloning, minimizing downtime.
• Manage user access and security controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and incident issues.
• Support database connectivity and coordinate backup/disaster recovery planning with the DBA team.
• Provide application support and collaborate to deploy solutions to test and production.

What you'll need

• 8+ years supporting ERP administration activities in Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong knowledge of Baan ERP architecture and technologies (Baan IV, Baan Va/Vb, ERP LN FP3 and LN 10.4).
• Experience with Oracle database administration (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).
• Knowledge of identity management, networking, and security concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Baan Dynamic Enterprise Modeler.
• Knowledge of shell scripting.
• Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Support internal and external audits with requested data collection and corrective actions.
