Overview
Senior Associate Secure Data Exchange Engineer supporting and improving enterprise secure data-sharing services at Amgen.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, reliability, and operational health of secure data exchange platforms including MOVEit and Trusted eShare.
- Execute ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
- Support platform configuration, upgrades, deployments, and new capability implementations.
- Design and improve secure data exchange solutions and automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 9 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Trusted eShare or similar enterprise secure collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of Secure File Transfer technologies including SFTP, FTP, SSH, HTTPS, APIs, and related protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts including SSO, MFA, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication.
