Sr Associate Software Engineer CRM

Overview

Sr Associate Software Engineer (CRM) responsible for maintaining CRM and marketing software applications, ensuring availability and performance, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.

What you'll do

• Maintain operational support, maintenance, and enhancements for Veeva CRM/Salesforce applications and modules.
• Troubleshoot and develop for incidents, service requests, and user stories.
• Investigate production issues with root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate software defects and implement practical solutions for evolving business needs.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems to ensure data flow and reliable functionality.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Monitor and maintain applications and perform unit/integration testing and validation.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree with 5–9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related.
• Proficiency in Visual Force, Apex, SQL, and Java.
• Strong expertise in software design principles and system integration.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Copado.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM development and Salesforce development.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum, plus version control (Git) and release management (Copado).

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation.
• Certifications related to Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, or SAFE are advantageous.
