Senior Associate – ServiceNow Developer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer in PwC's Advisory business application consulting team, focused on designing and developing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop ServiceNow FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Mobile Work Execution.
• Configure and customize FSM workflows, mobile applications, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Jelly, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage and maintain CMDB foundational data related to WSD/facility assets.
• Support code promotion, data migration, CI/CD pipelines, and platform health reviews.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and ATF-based automation testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow FSM module.
• Hands-on expertise in server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience with SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, release management, and DevOps processes.
• Years of experience required: 4 to 8 years.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA; Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA (Master of Business Administration).
