Senior Associate, Specialist, Application Developer, Consumer Banking Group Technology

Overview

Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications for the Consumer Banking Group Technology team, working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable banking systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software applications in alignment with organizational standards.
• Analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
• Support the deployment pipeline and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in development processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
