Senior Developer App Development

Overview

Develop and manage Power Platform applications, dashboards, and analytical solutions for Medical Analytics operations, ensuring governance, data quality, security, and accurate delivery. Coordinate projects and stakeholders while building intelligent, automated solutions that improve analytical and operational processes.

What you'll do

• Ensure all Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, are developed, deployed, and maintained in compliance with Sanofi's data governance and IT security standards.
• Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and policies for Medical Analytics operations.
• Report on project management activities, project resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Deliver analytics and dashboard requirements on time and accurately by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain apps, dashboards, and solutions according to requirements.
• Monitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit readiness and participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Manage end-to-end access for Power Platform applications and dashboards.
• Ensure data consistency across all applications and throughout the lifecycle of trackers and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide training on analytical tools and their usage.
• Build advanced tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal peers and stakeholders and coordinate with global and local teams to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate and perform QC activities to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharing champion within the Medical Analytics team.
• Build intelligent, automated solutions that streamline analytical and operational processes, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround time.
• Identify abnormalities in monitored data and develop reports according to regulatory requirements.
• Explore new Power Platform features, add-ons, and complementary tools to enhance performance cost-effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Platform-related queries, requirements, and stakeholder escalations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify analytical requirements and assist in managing medical plans in the project management system.
• Understand IT solution requirements from relevant stakeholders and develop solutions accordingly.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience with application development in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Advance Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a global context.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Working experience using analytical tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, and Snowflake.
• Experience developing and managing applications.
• Excellent planning, design, project management, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or any technical related field.
• Excellent knowledge of English and strong written and spoken communication skills.
