Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for turning business data into actionable insights and delivering reporting solutions across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Design data models, semantic layers, KPIs, and DAX measures.
• Translate stakeholder requirements from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial into BI solutions.
• Build and enhance data pipelines and integrations using SQL and Microsoft data technologies.
• Develop and support front-end and back-end components of data-driven web applications.
• Promote data governance, reporting standards, security, and lifecycle compliance.
• Optimize performance and support user enablement and adoption of Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and data visualization.
• Advanced SQL development skills and experience with large-scale datasets and relational data models.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
