Fabric Data Engineer - Senior Associate

Overview

Design, build, and maintain data solutions and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI. Support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives while guiding team members and collaborating with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimize Lakehouse architectures.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL and PySpark transformations.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, and streaming sources.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance.
• Guide and mentor team members on technical skills.

What you'll need

• 4 years of experience in data engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Microsoft Fabric experience, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Warehouse.
• Power BI skills in DAX, modeling, and performance tuning.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Knowledge of PySpark or Spark, data modeling, and Azure services.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Experience with Delta Lake or Lakehouse architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, ETL orchestration, and data modeling.
