Sr Engineer, IT EA OPS - BDW

Overview

Support enterprise data engineering platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and production operations as a Senior Engineer. The role focuses on data integration, cloud data services, incident resolution, automation, and data reliability.

What you'll do

• Support and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, Snowflake, and cloud-native integration technologies.
• Deliver L2 production support for enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and tune SSIS packages and data integration workflows.
• Monitor, optimize, and resolve incidents affecting on-premises and cloud data pipelines.
• Build data ingestion and integration operations through Coalesce.
• Automate operational processes and use AI-assisted tools for incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams on data quality and analytical workloads.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience in data engineering and production support.
• Advanced SQL skills in SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
• Knowledge of databases, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data governance.
• Python programming and automation skills.
• Experience with production incidents, root-cause analysis, data validation, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and 24x7 operational support environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Finance domain.
