Senior Associate, Specialist, Operations, Account Services, Corporate Banking Large and MID Corporates maker Role

Overview

Handle KYC/CDD operations for corporate and individual account onboarding and ReKYC, including audit issue tracking and account/sanction alert screening.

What you'll do

• Apply RBI KYC and SEBI documentation requirements for Corporate/Individual account opening (including LC, MC, BANK, NBFC, FIG).
• Ensure adherence to CDD, RBI & SEBI circulars, and CDD/KYC guidelines for onboarding, ReKYC, and trigger-based checks.
• Actively engage with internal/concurrent/QA audit teams and track issues to closure within agreed timelines.
• Ensure clean audit reports by resolving issues with satisfactory evidence and no overdue items.
• Do name screening and monitor sanction alerts within TAT, including periodic client reviews and batch alert closures.
• Provide advisory support to the business unit on KYC/CDD queries during onboarding.
• Support process training and CDD centralization, including UATs for enhancements.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant banking systems and software applications.
• Experience scrutinizing PEP and sanction exposure within the KYC/CDD process.
• Good knowledge of FATCA/CRS guidelines.
• Exposure to Finacle system.
