Finance Internal Auditor (C&G, Finance)

Overview

Finance Internal Auditor role focused on internal controls, SOX/ICFR assessment, and governance support. You’ll perform control reviews, advise stakeholders, and help drive remediation and audit closure.

What you'll do

• Provide internal control guidance and training to business and functional stakeholders.
• Conduct SOX/ICFR assessments and recommend process and control improvements.
• Support control activities for integration projects, including workstream transitions.
• Perform targeted reviews and deep-dive assessments to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support SOX-related activities and administer the KCA database.
• Coordinate responses to control-related queries and manage issues/escalations to remove blockers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification: CA with 0–2 years of relevant experience OR CA-Inter with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks such as SOX/ICFR and assurance methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across controls and governance responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with effective communication.
• Willingness to work EMEA shifts based on business requirements.
