Senior Associate Test Automation Engineer for PwC’s Emerging Business / Advisory work, focusing on building and improving automated testing for client solutions.

What you'll do

• Craft, develop, and integrate automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.
• Run exhaustive API testing and validate data flow and outputs.
• Use AI methodologies to improve testing precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture and design test methodologies.
• Identify, log, and monitor software defects to support timely resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement for testing tools and methodologies.
• Document testing processes and results and stay updated on industry trends in test automation and AI.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in Python for automation testing.
• 3+ years’ experience with Playwright for browser automation (across languages).
• 2–3 years’ experience in API testing practices.
• Knowledge of AI in automation testing to innovate and optimize testing approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA) is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Robot Framework and Browser Library for testing suites.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript with Selenium.
