Senior Automation Developer

Overview

Senior Automation Developer responsible for designing, delivering, testing, and supporting finance-process automations using RPA, APIs, Power Platform, Python, and GenAI.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy finance-process automations.
• Implement API integrations with ERP, finance platforms, and third-party services.
• Configure Automation Anywhere Control Room assets, queues, schedules, environments, and packages.
• Develop reusable components, objects, and shared libraries.
• Execute testing, support UAT, triage defects, and implement fixes.
• Monitor bot runs, SLAs, and exceptions; perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide L3 support, upgrades, optimization, and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of software development and/or RPA delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on Automation Anywhere expertise and required Automation Anywhere Developer Certification.
• Experience with API integration, .NET/C# or VB.NET, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, credential vaults, and secure secrets management.
• Experience with RPA CI/CD pipelines, version control, and package versioning.
• Knowledge of RPA delivery lifecycle, process optimization, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Finance process exposure in O2C, R2R, or P2P.
• Experience with AWS/Azure services and GenAI integrations.
• Experience with NLP/chatbots and governance, risk, or compliance frameworks.
