Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead - Finance, Controlling & Treasury (SAP FI/CO)

Overview

Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead for SAP Finance (FI/CO), serving as Global SAP Finance Lead with ownership of finance processes and SAP transformation across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

• Own finance process governance, strategy, and transformation initiatives globally.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to align SAP solutions to strategy.
• Lead business analysis: gather requirements, assess current state, and design future-state processes.
• Run fit-gap analysis and develop business cases for SAP solution approaches.
• Design and deliver SAP finance solution components (specifications, blueprints, testing, interfaces, and RICEFW objects).
• Govern delivery lifecycle activities including configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities including readiness, simplification, migration strategy, and cutover planning.

What you'll need

• 15+ years SAP experience as a business analyst.
• 10+ years SAP Finance consulting experience.
• 3+ global SAP implementations.
• 1+ SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Subject matter expertise in SAP FI (e.g., GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, banking & cash, foreign currency) and CO (e.g., cost/profit centers, product costing, margin analysis, CO-PA).
• Experience designing finance solution architecture and functional deliverables (functional specs, blueprint docs, configuration docs, test scenarios, interfaces).
• Knowledge of SAP integration and technical artifacts (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, CDS views) plus SAP authorization concepts.
