Senior C++ Developer – Geometry & CAD/CAM (m/f/d)

Overview

Hybrid senior C++ developer role focused on geometry processing and maintaining a central geometry library for a patient-specific medical device design/manufacturing software platform.

What you'll do

• Implement geometry-related features in a C++ codebase.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of a central geometry library.
• Contribute geometry-heavy features and integrate them into design applications.
• Provide high-quality code reviews to unblock development.
• Work on triangle meshes and geometric algorithms (e.g., refinement, simplification, smoothing, repairing, boolean operations, measurements, conversions).
• Collaborate closely with developers across product teams.

What you'll need

• Professional experience with modern C++ (ideally C++20).
• Strong understanding of geometry processing and triangle mesh algorithms.
• Solid experience with Eigen.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience working in larger codebases.
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
