Senior Client Project Manager

Overview

Senior Client Project / Program Manager leading and directing concurrent client projects and, when applicable, larger-scale programs from concept to implementation and handover to Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects or multiple related projects within a program.
• Interface with project stakeholders from original concept through final implementation.
• Act as a single point of contact for the client, manage escalations, and support client satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery stays within the baselined budget, is delivered on time, and meets quality criteria.
• Manage delivery via scope control and change management.
• Document and manage risks and issues and maintain clear communications to stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing solutions and completing proposals.

What you'll need

• Advanced project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Experience managing customer satisfaction and expectations and managing escalations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Required bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP required.
