Overview

Project Manager to lead packet and access network deployments across key customers in India, driving end-to-end delivery of multi-technology network programs.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across IP/MPLS, aggregation, access, and FTTx environments.
• Drive execution from planning through deployment, acceptance, and closure.
• Manage customer relationships, escalations, change requests, governance reviews, and milestone updates.
• Coordinate engineering, design, field deployment, supply chain, and third-party vendor activities.
• Track project budgets, revenue forecasts, margin performance, and scope management.
• Identify deployment/integration/customer-dependency risks and drive corrective actions.
• Manage site readiness through installation, commissioning, network integration, and operational compliance.

What you'll need

• 8+ years background delivering packet/access network deployments in IP/MPLS, aggregation, access, or FTTx.
• Applied project delivery practices across planning, deployment, acceptance, and closure phases.
• Managed customer-facing telecom programs with stakeholder engagement and escalation handling.
• Coordinated across engineering, field deployment, supply chain, and third-party vendor teams.
• Used project financial management including budget tracking, revenue forecasting, and margin management.
• Applied risk identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Conducted field rollout activities including site readiness, installation, commissioning, and network integration.

Nice to have

• Experience from telecom organizations involved in wireless, IP, or access network rollouts.
• Experience managing complex multi-country telecom programs.
