Senior Consultant

Overview

Senior Consultant on the Operations-Product Specialist team at SS&C Eze Software, responsible for implementing file-based integrations between Eze Software clients and their third-party providers as part of Middle-Office operations.

What you'll do

• Manage SS&C Eze's new client implementation on the back office / EOD files.
• Build relationships with buy-side and sell-side clients.
• Set appropriate project expectations and follow through on deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers and account managers to prioritize enhancements driven by data from Salesforce and other systems.
• Provide real-time support to external and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Implement, configure and test Eze Software's product suite with a focus on File-Based integrations.
• Manage multiple projects across global clients and help address the queue of file-based implementation work.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and improve internal team processes.
• Be time-sensitive to deliver the interfaces as per the SLA.
• Use the functional and technical skills to the highest level.
• Help develop repeatable implementation plans to consistently and efficiently deliver against company, team, and individual goals.
• Establish a strong relationship with internal and external clients.
• Serve as a knowledge resource to immediate team members.

What you'll need

• MBA / Bachelor's degree in Finance OR B.Tech with experience in Capital Market domain are welcome.
• 3-8 years of professional experience in Capital Markets or other Financial Services or Technology support role preferred.
• Experience and strong understanding of the Investment Lifecycle with a focus on securities settlement, custody and reconciliation or middle/back-office operations.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international Capital markets.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on OR Good knowledge on SQL, databases, XML and python.
• Must have analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress.
• Self-motivated and good team player.
• Existing knowledge or ability to learn complexities of investment trading workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with implementation of clients and project management exposure.
• Experience working with buy-side and sell-side traders or trading operations roles.
