Senior Content Analyst

Overview

Design and develop new methodologies, quantitative models, analysis and commentary that enhance existing or new processes, while maintaining existing product performance and independent analysis standards.

What you'll do

• Develop automated solutions for sourcing and loading Entity data into the database.
• Analyse legal entity content to establish patterns and trends.
• Develop, improve and run quantitative models.
• Generate solutions through machine learning for core processes.
• Work with business, content and product groups on large-scale analytics problems.
• Build POCs, visualizations and pipeline tools for product design and development.
• Work with development groups to deploy analytics solutions.
• Interact with other internal teams as needed, with supervision.
• Grow new ideas with various departments and expand the scope of existing products.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience using Python, Power Apps and SQL.
• Proficiency with tools and libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas and Jupyter.
• Solid relational database skills.
• Solid understanding of statistics and statistical language such as R.
• Ability to handle large quantities of data.
• Ability to narrate stories about content and processes through data analysis and visualization, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to respond and present work to peers, senior management and other stakeholders.
• Certified (or attempting) as a Lean / Six Sigma green or black belt, with practical experience in Lean project management, coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments and Lean projects.
• Project management and/or process optimization experience (may have been informal as part of wider roles, but must be demonstrable).
• Higher education in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science/Engineering, with a data science certification.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of data science project experience in the finance domain.
