Senior Content Specialist

Overview

Research evolving sustainable finance and investments (SFI) regulations and standards, and turn them into enhancements to the firm's sustainability content offering, working with business and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Research evolving regulations pertaining to Sustainable Finance and Investments (SFI) and convert them into opportunities by working with Proposition, Data Strategy, Research, Development and Content Operation teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SFI content including Taxonomy, Policy and Guidance.
• Develop sustainability content and policies.
• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends.
• Drive continuous improvements in policies and oversee regulatory changes.
• Review and enhance guidance for data collection to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in application through regular calibration and remove ambiguity where necessary.
• Oversee data volatility.
• Create documentation for internal and client consumption.
• Support frontline teams in client interactions and represent the SFI business.
• Build talent pipeline in the team to support research of regulations and their impact on SFI content offerings.
• Lead sustainability-related projects to closure.
• Participate in the development of new business proposals and assist on other ongoing project work.
• Share knowledge and expertise in developing new methods of working focused on cost effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Resolve complex client cases, including queries on methodology and policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• Good understanding of sustainability (including ESG) content, marketplace, frameworks and regulations.
• Ability to research evolving regulations and derive meaningful insights and a clear plan of action.
• Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good track record of delivering projects on time, on scope and to specification, including prioritization and requirements alignment across competing demands from internal and external customers.
• Research and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in one or more technical skills: SQL, Python, AI.

Nice to have

• Industry certification pertaining to sustainability.
• Experience in data modelling for data on strategic data interfaces.
• Proficiency in one or more technical skills: SQL, Python, Agentic AI.
