Senior Corporate Paralegal

Overview

Senior Corporate Paralegal role providing corporate legal support to the legal department across governance, compliance, and transactions.

What you’ll do

• Manage corporate entity governance and maintenance for domestic and foreign entities.
• Prepare board materials, written consents, resolutions, and corporate documentation.
• Support special projects including financings, real estate, insurance, and M&A tasks.
• Assist compliance efforts by maintaining a policy database and supporting legal processes.
• Draft and maintain employment-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and benchmarking.
• Respond to internal and external legal inquiries (e.g., vendor KYC).

What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or technology company.
• Registered notary.
• Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Team-focused, collaborative work style.

• Compensation range is $108,700–$163,100 USD depending on location.
