Senior D365 F&O Developer

Overview

Develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, including scalable customizations, integrations, reports, and automation. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams on global enterprise projects.

What you'll do

• Design and develop D365 F&O customizations, integrations, reports, and automation.
• Manage environments, deployments, and DevOps processes.
• Optimize system reliability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor developers and uphold engineering standards.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of D365 development experience.
• Advanced expertise in X++, Visual Studio, .NET/C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with D365 extension frameworks, DMF, Data Entities, SSRS, and data migration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git branching, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of LCS, deployments, PPAC, Dual-write, BYOD, and environment monitoring.
• Proven problem-solving, leadership, and developer mentorship capabilities.

Nice to have

• Broad Power Platform experience.
• Experience customizing Copilot or building AI-driven solutions with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with large-scale D365 migrations or upgrades.
