Senior Data Analyst I - Survey Programming

Overview

Program survey questionnaires into online surveys using Decipher, then ensure quality and resolve issues during fieldwork. Also clean/merge survey data and create cross-tabulation tables while coordinating with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Turn questionnaire documents into online surveys using Decipher.
• Perform quality assurance checks on survey programs to ensure they are error-free.
• Collaborate with client services and research teams to meet client expectations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain clarifications and resolve programming issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with programmed surveys during fieldwork.
• Review collected data for outliers, skip logic issues, or inconsistencies.
• Cleanse and merge survey data and create cross-tabulation tables.

What you'll need

• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics and/or survey programming.
• Bachelor’s degree/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/Engineering or other IT-related fields.
• Some programming experience, ideally with OOP concepts, loops, recursion, data structures, and algorithms.
• Technical proficiency including Python 2.7 (or other languages), XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge/experience in Decipher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Regular night shifts and weekend work are required.
