Senior Associate front-end engineer focused on designing and implementing Adobe Target-based A/B testing and personalization, plus integrating Adobe analytics solutions to optimize customer journeys.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement advanced A/B testing strategies and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Integrate and configure Adobe solutions including Adobe Analytics, AAM, AEP, and CJA to support customer journey optimization workflows.
• Build and customize experimentation components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS while optimizing website performance.
• Manage and optimize tag management implementations via Adobe Launch for accurate data collection.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using network diagnostics and analytics tools, and recommend optimization improvements.
• Analyze web analytics data and experimentation results to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Build automated tools and self-service capabilities to streamline experimentation processes.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of hands-on expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and A/B testing.
• Practical experience with Adobe Target and AJO, plus cross-product integrations across Adobe Analytics, AAM, AEP, and CJA.
• Solid web analytics knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
• Proficiency with tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
