Senior Data Analyst (MedTech)

Overview

Senior Data Analyst (MedTech) responsible for leading MedTech data product quality and delivery while evaluating and developing new healthcare datasets.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 3–4 data analysts, including coaching and performance management.
• Operate as a player-coach by staying hands-on with data while delegating execution.
• Own overall data quality and accuracy for MedTech research products and analyses.
• Review and guide methodology decisions for processing, validation, and data delivery.
• Identify, scope, and lead evaluations of new data sources (e.g., claims and prescription data).
• Develop methodology and validation frameworks for new healthcare data domains.
• Translate sector priorities into team execution and communicate timelines, priorities, and risks.

What you'll need

• 4–8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data product development.
• Experience working with large-scale, messy, real-world datasets and building robust methodology.
• Healthcare data experience in professional contexts such as healthcare, life sciences, pharma, biotech, or medical device data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
