Senior Data Engineer

Overview

Senior Data Engineer responsible for building and maintaining Snowflake data models and ELT pipelines, ensuring reliable, secure, and well-governed datasets for analytics and operational use cases.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data products and data models.
• Build and manage ELT pipelines using dbt and modern data engineering practices.
• Implement automated data quality checks, monitoring, and observability across pipelines.
• Deliver well-governed datasets for analytics and operational use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders on data requirements.
• Support near-real-time data integration patterns using Kafka and event-driven architectures.

What you'll need

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Python for data engineering.
• Data modelling experience (Dimensional Modelling, Kimball, Data Vault fundamentals).
• ELT/ETL design and development experience.
• Snowflake and dbt experience.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• AWS fundamentals and data integration knowledge.
